Con provvedimento del 16 febbraio 2024 si è proceduto in autotutela alla modifica dello status di n. 1.989 studenti e studentesse nelle graduatorie del concorso borse di studio per l’a.a. 2023/2024, che diventano, dunque, idonei beneficiari, senza sospensione (Allegato 1).

Sono stati poi modificati gli importi di borsa assegnati ad altri 2.664 utenti, in conseguenza della variazione di aggregazione (matricole anziché anni successivi), di status geografico (in sede/pendolare/fuori sede) o di incremento (STEM, reddito, disabilità) – (Allegato 2).

Di conseguenza, è stato ordinato il pagamento di una nuova rata di acconto, in favore di:

• coloro che sono appena diventati idonei beneficiari senza sospensione;
• coloro che hanno diritto ad un importo di borsa di studio superiore (integrazione);
• coloro che già erano beneficiari, ma non avevano ancora comunicato il proprio codice IBAN;

Sono destinatari di pagamento 4.804 studenti e studentesse, per l’importo complessivo di € 5.048.280,12, come da Allegati 2 e 3.

Gli interessati possono visualizzare il pagamento nella propria area riservata, accessibile con l’uso di CIE/SPID.

Nei prossimi giorni, all’esito delle consuete operazioni bancarie di trasferimento, le somme saranno accreditate sui rispettivi IBAN. Prima di rivolgersi al servizio informazioni dell’Azienda, è necessario attendere per l’esecuzione del pagamento fino al giorno 23 febbraio 2024.

Qualora l’accredito non dovesse avvenire entro tale data è possibile che il codice IBAN comunicato sia:

a. non corrispondente ad un conto corrente bancario o postale appartenente al circuito SEPA o ad altro strumento di pagamento elettronico prescelto, con associato codice IBAN appartenente al circuito SEPA;

b. non intestato o co-intestato all'utente beneficiario;

c. formalmente non corretto (27 caratteri alfanumerici nel caso di IBAN italiano, ovvero la struttura prevista per altre nazionalità;

d. riferito ad un c/c estinto o bloccato;

e. riferito ad una carta di pagamento scaduta;

f. riferito ad una carta di pagamento non abilitata a ricevere somme;

g. riferito ad una carta di pagamento di cui sia stato superato il plafond di incasso;

h. riferito ad un libretto di risparmio postale.

In tali casi l’importo sarà restituito all’azienda e sarà rimesso successivamente in pagamento, previa modifica del codice IBAN, da parte degli studenti interessati, nell’apposita sezione “Comunicazione IBAN” dello Sportello studente, accessibile dalla pagina dei Servizi online con l’uso di SPID o CIE.

Una ulteriore rata di acconto sarà effettuata nei prossimi mesi. Pertanto, tutti i beneficiari e non sospesi nelle graduatorie definitive del concorso sono invitati a comunicare il proprio codice IBAN nell’apposita sezione dei servizi online, accessibile con l’uso di SPID/CIE o delle credenziali personali

By order of Feb. 16, 2024, the status of 1,989 students in the scholarship rankings for the 2023/2024 academic year was changed and they became, therefore, eligible recipients, without suspension (Annex 1).

The scholarship amounts awarded to an additional 2,664 students were then changed, as a result of the change in aggregation (first year instead of subsequent years statys), geographic status (resident/commuter/non resident) or increment (STEM, income, disability) - (Attachment 2).

Accordingly, a new installment payment was ordered to be made on account, in favor of:

• those who have just become eligible beneficiaries without suspension;
• those who are eligible for a higher scholarship amount (supplement);
• those who were already beneficiaries but had not yet reported their IBAN code;

4,804 students are payment recipients in the total amount of €5,048,280.12, as per Annexes 2 and 3.

Interested students can view the payment in their reserved area (online services)

In the coming days, upon completion of the usual bank transfer operations, the amounts will be credited to the respective IBAN. Before contacting the information service of the Company, it is necessary to wait for the execution of the payment until February 23, 2024.

If the crediting does not take place by that date, it is possible that the IBAN code reported is:

a. not corresponding to a bank or postal account belonging to the SEPA circuit  or other chosen electronic payment instrument with associated IBAN code belonging to the SEPA circuit;

b. not in the name of or co-owned by the beneficiary user;

c. formally incorrect (27 alphanumeric characters in the case of Italian IBAN, or the structure provided for other nationalities;

d. referred to an account that has been extinguished or blocked;

e. referred to an expired payment card;

f. referred to a payment card not qualified to receive amounts;

g. referred to a payment card whose collection ceiling has been exceeded;

h. referred to a postal savings account.

In such cases, the amount will be returned to the company and will be remitted later in payment, after the IBAN code has been changed by the students concerned in the "IBAN Communication" section of the Student Desk, accessible from the Online Services page with the use of SPID or CIE.

An additional installment payment will be made in the coming months. Therefore, all beneficiaries and not suspended in the final competition rankings are invited to communicate their IBAN code in the appropriate section of online services, accessible with the use of SPID/CIE or personal credentials
